Transfer: Zidane mocks Chelsea over Hazard’s move, reveals why player joined Real Madrid

Zinedine Zidane has said previous Chelsea star, Eden Hazard "required a club like Real Madrid", to take his game to the following level.

Danger is set to make his Madrid debut in an International Champions Cup conflict against Bayern Munich in Houston.

The 28-year-old marked a five-year manage the LaLiga club in June, after the Premier League club consented to his exchange wish.

Zidane, talking in front of the pre-season installation, recommended that the Spanish outfit was a greater club than Chelsea.

"He's a definitive player. He scores objectives and has any kind of effect.

"He's demonstrated that all through his profession and now we have him. We will exploit his characteristics.

"I'm content with him. Eden required a club like Real Madrid to improve. This club has something exceptional and we as a whole know it.

"When I touched base at Real Madrid, I was 29 despite everything I had a great deal left. I went through five years here as a player and improved things. Eden's circumstance is the equivalent.

"We know the kind of player he is and that he can give us a great deal," Zidane said.
